Spring Cleaning

Instructions have been added to the Green Button Help page “Cataloging” for catalog clean-up.

·         Find brief records and run a recon on them.  More book covers, improved records!

·         Find records without Call Numbers

There are multiple ways to find this information – searches or reports. When you want more information and help – please contact your Library Automation Team!

Peeps in the library

Enjoy this peeps in the library blog.

"Are Peeps aware of appropriate behavior in a library setting?
During the course of the day we observed them engaging in both appropriate and inappropriate behaviors."

Spoiler alert! They should know to stay away from the paper cutter.

We hope you all have a lovely spring break!

STEM in Destiny Digital Resources

This is the last week for STEM products in the Destiny Digital Resources tab of the library catalog! When you return from your spring break on April 8th, it will be gone. If you’d like to participate in a ‘feedback’ evaluation from Follett and be entered in a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card, please reply to this email and the link will sent to you.

Resource List video for your teachers

If you would like to add this 8 minute video to your library catalog, please contact us and we will help you catalog a link to the streaming video. It is on the Resource List help page.

Trial STEM databases in OneSearch until March 31

This trial will be accessible until March 31st. Videos, Literacy and Student Products.

Follett has assured us that the trials from FactCite and ABDO publishing will be removed over the weekend - March 9-10.  If they are not,  the Library Automation Team will remove them on Monday morning. They no longer work since the trial ended on March 7th. If you are interested in providing Follett feedback about the databases,  let us know. We will forward the email that links to their survey.
