Friday Fun! Did you Pinterest today?





Promised Jane I would send at least a few Simply Destiny blogs in her absence but somehow that hasn’t happened yet. :(  Jane, we miss you and can’t wait for your return!

This post is not news to any of you but rather a reminder of what an awesome resource Pinterest can be for school libraries as long as you keep your focus and not wander off into “everything”, “food”, or “home décor” like I do.

To get started, here are some ideas for using Pinterest professionally:

If Using a Category: Education
Search Terms (Pins, Boards or People): Library, School Library, Library Media Specialist, Common Core, Information Literacy, Educational Technology, Pathfinders, Librarians or specific Libraries, etc.
