Fed Gov shutdown affecting Destiny One Search + WebPath Express Results

Due to the Government shutdown, Destiny has a few  translators that are already  affected. This will affect One Search and the results displayed when adding a title to your catalog since LOC is programmed into your  Z39.50 results.

There are a few more government sites likely to be affected, but as of now they are returning results in One Search.  However, this could change in the next several hours or overnight.  

Please also note that any government websites in WebPath Express will likely be affected.  After the  nightly checker tonight, we will have a better idea of the number of affected websites in WebPath Express in the morning.
